Core Responsibilities

  • The Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Analyst is responsible for supply chain management, contract management, and accounts payables. Additional responsibilities include a variety of financial and cost management efforts associated with the AMI Project including budget forecasting, trending and tracking of financial performance, the development and updating of Current Working Estimates (CWE), procurement management, contract management, AMI project metrics tracking including organization KPIs and PSC project metrics
  • Supply chain management, contract management, and accounts payables
  • Obtain an in-depth understanding of negotiated contracts
  • Process requisitions in Oracle in accordance with project accounting and scheduling
  • Perform monthly accruals
  • Analyze invoices to process receipts
  • Reconcile invoices for processing
  • Work with Supply Chain to update BPAs as needed
  • Cash flow management and integration
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables
  • Complete additional project related analyses
  • Develop presentations and report information about the AMI Project
  • Track key business financial and operational analytics for internal and external reporting purposes
  • Prepare and submit Property Record rulings
  • Review monthly charges to AMI accounts and process transfers/corrections as necessary
  • Create new projects using the Corporate Accounting Request Portal
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree And 2 years of work experience

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related business degree

Relevant Work Experience

  • Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Application Required
  • Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain System Required
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, etc.) Req

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

  • Must push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
