Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with conducting QA Reviews/Snapshot reviews through data analysis to identify risks, process improvement opportunities, and adherence to Organizational compliance.
  • Assist with data management, statistical sampling, and departmental technology projects to support the needs of CQA.
  • Collect and identify information for CQA operational metrics to assist the Organization to define and measure progress toward organizational goals
  • Develop indicators and/or dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Bi, Oracle BI, and or Excel to display Organizational performance and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal customers to develop quality control checklists and requirements for their results using data visualization tools
  • Administer and maintain CQA's SharePoint site
  • Assist with identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives using business intelligence tools and/or automated workflows using Microsoft Office.
  • Participate in departmental projects related to technology initiatives and proof of concepts
  • Participate in Construction's Storm Damage Assessment on-call team.
  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or related And Full-time or internship experience will count towards the one-year minimum of work experience requirement; Candidates that have participated in the company's full-time college cooperative or summer cooperative internships for a minimum of six months meet the EP experience requirements.

  • Proficient in MS Office products Required

  • Experience with SQL and/or Oracle required Required
  • Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, Python/R preferred Preferred
  • Experience in data mining, data analytics, information extraction, quality control/assurance or IT auditing preferred Preferred
  • Experience with Business Intelligent applications such as Tableau, Oracle BI, and/or SQL Management Studio preferred. Preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, and/or Power Automate preferred. Preferred

  • Must sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for entire shift

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
  • Must be able to participate in the Company's emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
