Core Responsibilities
- Join a fast growing and dynamic team and support one of the country's largest electric mobility (E-Mobility) initiatives
- The Program Manager for E-Mobility Advisory Services will be responsible for leading the implementation of current state, and development and execution of future expansion, of pre-application services available to site or fleet owners seeking to electrify light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles
- Develop deep understanding of support tools and capabilities needed by a diverse mix of fleets to transition to electric
- Lead strategy for expanding Con Edison pre-electrification service offerings beyond current state, in coordination with existing program, strategy, and business development leads
- Oversee successful implementation of additional services, including business oversight of any IT-related implementation
- Develop metrics for current and future program success and work with internal teams on dashboards and reporting
- Drive continual, customer-focused improvement of processes and documentation for current advisory services
- Work closely with internal Energy Services and Engineering teams to streamline processes and optimize customer experience
- Lead Con Edison customer engagement on current services, including site assessments and rate analysis tools
- Collaborate with other E-Mobility program teams (e.g., PowerReady, managed charging) to inform strategy and implementation of E-mobility policy across the Company
- Develop related communications or recommendations associated with program, market or technology changes
- Serve as subject matter expert on operations, business models, site selection strategies, and other aspects of fleet electrification considerations within Con Edison service territory
- Provide input to Company teams on development of internal or external software tools such as grid mapping tools and site selection tools to support electrification
- Work effectively and participate on cross-functional teams responsible for new department initiatives that may arise from time to time
- Provide problem solving and strategic support to the E-Mobility team including in development of new Electric Vehicles (EV) programs or related to process improvement of current programs
- Represent the Company's interests to internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
- Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
Required Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree And 5 years of work experience Fleet operations, program management, auto or electric vehicle manufacturers/OEMs, or other relevant experience
Preferred Education/Experience
- Master's Degree Degree in engineering or sustainability disciplines Or 5 years utility or other business work experience Fleet operations, program management, auto or electric vehicle manufacturers/OEMs

- Demonstrated understanding of or experience with fleet operations, economics, business models, and other needs. Electric fleet knowledge is a plus. Preferred
- Experience with or knowledge of utility new business interconnection processes and operations and/or rates Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of EV charging station interconnection procedures Preferred
- Experience in clean energy program management Preferred
- Experience in site acquisition and development for EV or clean energy projects in Con Edison territory Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Driver's License Required
- Other: Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers. Required
