Core Responsibilities

  • As an Oracle Fusion HCM Security Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our Oracle HCM Cloud system. Your responsibilities will include:
  • System Support: Supporting and maintaining the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  • Access Management: Managing user access and provisioning roles according to data security policies and user role matrix.
  • Audit and Compliance: Reviewing and auditing end user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure compliance.
  • SOX Alignment: Aligning segregation of duties and security profiles with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Service Monitoring: Managing and monitoring service details, patching, and downtime.
  • Auditor Collaboration: Interacting with internal and external auditors to ensure SOX and ITGC compliance.
  • Customization: Building custom roles tailored to business requirements.
  • Incident Resolution: Triage and troubleshoot service desk incidents.
  • Risk Assessment: Rationalizing security solutions against requirements, risk, and constraints.
  • Patch Management: Reviewing and remediating security enhancements with Oracle patches.
  • Process Improvement: Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Analysis and Leadership: Directing and presenting analyses to leadership for feature enablement.
  • Innovation: Designing and implementing solutions for complex security requirements.
  • Custom Profiles: Developing custom Security profiles to support security requirements.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining security configuration documents and gap analysis documents.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years relevant work experience or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 12 years relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

  • Must have minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud. Required
  • 5+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions. Required
  • Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud. Required
  • Expert in developing Areas of Responsibility (AOR). Required
  • Implement Reporting Security to align with Application security. Required
  • Expert in setting up Employee, manager, administrator, analyst and specialist roles. Required
  • Experienced with sand box Customizations using HCM Design Studio and Page Composer. Required
  • Experience with Oracle Advance Security Controls and managing security audits and segregation of duties. Required
  • Testing custom developed roles by creating and executing functional testing scenarios Required
  • Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications. Required
  • Expert knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management and Other HCM modules. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
