Core Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with application stakeholders in Electric Operations and across the enterprise for Customer Relationship Management System (CRMS).
  • Assist with the implementation of new dashboards and other project management tools to provide real-time insights into project metrics, standardize monthly reporting processes and continuously assess value add enhancements for cost avoidance/savings.
  • Analyze project performance data, cost analysis, and budgeting for various projects and programs within the CRMS Portfolio to report on trends, efficiencies, potential areas for improvement, and risk impacts.
  • Prepare and present to diverse audience and senior management on regular reports and metrics as required.
  • Support CRMS applications and CRMS support requests as required.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Administration or equivalent and 3 years of relevant work experience or
  • Associate's Degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Business Administration and 5 years of relevant work experience

Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience working in a team, tracking tasks and reporting progress Required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, written, presentation and technical skills Required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access Database Required
  • Experience with data collection, processing, and analysis Required
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard reporting tools such as Power BI Required
  • Experience with finances, including budgeting and forecasting Preferred
  • Experience in project management, risk management, scheduling, finance and cost analysis Preferred

Skills & Ability

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

  • Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
  • Perform night, overtime, and weekend duties as required.
